Data Deletion

1. Data we receive from Meta

When you link an Instagram Business or Creator account to Influvia, we obtain the following data through Meta's Instagram API:

• Profile basics — your Instagram user ID, username, and account type (Business / Creator).
• Follower metrics — followers count, follows count, media count.
• Engagement insights — reach and impressions for your content (only when you grant insights permission).
• OAuth tokens — short-lived and long-lived access tokens (stored encrypted, AES-256-GCM).

We do not access private messages, contact information, photos beyond the public profile, or content of accounts you do not own.

2. Delete from your Influvia account

You can remove all Meta-derived data at any time:

• Sign in and go to Settings → Account.
• Use Disconnect Instagram to remove just the Meta link, or Delete account to remove your full Influvia account.

3. Request deletion by email

Email privacy@influvia.cz with the subject line "Data deletion — Instagram" and the username of your linked Instagram account. We respond within 30 days, normally within 72 hours.

4. Delete by removing Influvia from Meta

You can also revoke our app's access from your Instagram or Facebook settings:

• Open the Instagram app → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Influvia.
• Meta then notifies our servers via a signed callback. We delete the same data as if you had used the in-app flow.

5. What we delete and how to verify

On any deletion path above, we remove:

• Your Instagram OAuth tokens (encrypted storage).
• The verification record linking your Influvia creator profile to your Instagram account.
• Cached follower / engagement statistics derived from Instagram.
• The Instagram handle and follower count fields on your creator profile.
• Composite creator scores derived in part from Meta data. Scores re-compute from any remaining linked platforms.

For Meta-initiated deletions, Meta provides you with a reference code. You can check status at /data-deletion/status using that code.
