Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign a contract months in advance?
No. A subscription is optional and cancellable anytime. Without one you pay only the volume-based fee per campaign. A month with no campaigns = zero cost.
What if a campaign doesn't deliver?
If a campaign falls well short of benchmark performance, we automatically refund 5% of the unspent performance budget as credit toward your next campaign. This safety net (Performance Assist) is active on the Pro plan and above — no claims, no paperwork.
How does pay-for-performance work?
The brand deposits the budget into escrow. Approved creators get a guaranteed base payout plus a bonus for verified results (conversions, clicks, revenue). Both are paid out at the end of the campaign via Stripe Connect.
How is the fee rate calculated?
By the volume paid out in the given calendar month. When you cross a volume threshold we automatically switch you to a lower rate — no action needed. A subscription additionally gives a discount in percentage points off the rate.
How do creator payouts work?
Via Stripe Connect. Minimum payout 625 CZK / 25 €. Standard payout is free, express costs 2% (0.5% with Plus).
Do you support the Slovak market?
Fully. Both CZK and EUR, localization into Czech, Slovak and English, support for Czech and Slovak carriers.
What is Creator Plus?
A premium account for creators at 699 CZK/month. It gives priority access to campaigns (24h ahead of others), a verified badge, a lower express-payout fee (0.5%) and more detailed analytics.
